Our Costa Rica X-MAS Edition comes from Daniela Gutierrez from Tarrazu. In the family-run Micro Mill "La Montana Tarrazu", which is also the namesake for our X-MAS Edition, she lovingly prepares Washed, Honeys and Naturals. The fully washed, as ours is, are dried outdoors on Daniela's terrace. La Montana Terrazu has even been awarded by the "Cup of Excellence" and reached the 4th place. With this coffee we have a Christmas cup profile of orange, honey, Darjeeling and some marzipan. Perfect for the hours in front of the fireplace.
Our egg liqueur "with a hint of speculoos" is made from fresh eggs, a hint of speculoos and with a lot of love according to an old house recipe. Our XMAS Edition!
